Course Summary
Welcome to the Spanish II wiki. By the end of the first semester, you will be able to do everything you did last year, plus know how to hold conversations about the past, talk about likes and dislikes, discuss common activities. In addition, you will know all about the history of Spain and be able to explain why Spain is the way it is today. We'll have a guest from Spain come talk to us about what Spain is like for teens (because she is a teen!) and we'll get a chance to ask her questions about things that we've always wondered about when we think about far-away places.
This class has homework often. The homework is considerably more difficult than it was last year, in Spanish I, but we usually get a chance to get it started in class. It is IMPERATIVE that you attend class every day. Is is INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT that you study! If you miss a class period or feel like you are falling behind, please come in before or after school to get the make up material or review with me. If you attend class, participate, study, and do your homework, you will do well in Spanish II.
